In this article I will present 4 chest exercises that have proven themselves as the most infulence chest exercises , these exercises would make your chest bigger and stronger
Chest Exercise one : Dips
(Triceps + Chest+ shoulders in the same exercise ! )
This exercise is mainly for the shape of the chest.
This exercise requires both strong chest and triceps(as you can see in the picture below).
It's very simple movement both pretty difficult to perform.
All you need to do is to have two parallel basr that are fixed to the ground and
have a space between them that is
approximately as your shoulder-width.
place your hands in the same horizontal line and raise yourself to the air (your legs hang in the air)
then lower yourself by benting your elbows.
Repeat this movement for at least 10 times , this should give you a muscular and pumped chest.

Chest Exercise two : Dumbells Bench Press
This exercise is performed as describe here :
Lay down a bench
Grabs two dumbells each hand grabs one dumbell
Start from the position where your elbows creates almost one straight line with your chest
Push the dumbells to the highest point you can then lower the dumbells slowly.
Doing so will promise your big pumped chest and muscular upper body.
This exercise requires strength and power , you will earn both of them while you
perform this exercise.

Chest Exercise three : Cable Crossovers
This exercise is my favorite and here are fews thing for why I choose it.
1. It stimulates almost every single fiber of the chest muscle
2. It gives volume and size to the chest
which makes it much impressive
3. It movement is very simple and it doesn't damage the joints
This exercise is very easy and very efficient all you have to do is:
Grab two handles from the machine stand straight and close your hands
to your middle.
Do it slowy , the more slowly you'll do the more muscles will take place in the movement.
That's why so many people tell about problems with doing the exact exercise but with slow movement.
Slow means harder but also better ! Remember that when you make this exercise slowly it promises you
good results.
Always exhale while under pressure or resistance (meaninig that when you close your hand exhale air)
When you raise back your hands to the start position breath in air.

Chest Exercise Four : Bench Press
Everybody heard about the famous bench press and it got it's name not for vain.
This exercise alone can develop your chest to very sizes if you do it properly.
This chest exercise gives your both power and volume.
This is how you perform it :
1. Lay back on a bench
2. Place your palms in positions where the distance between the palms is a bit wider than your shoulders' width.
3. Push the bar while exhale
4. Lower the bar slowly towards your chest get to the point where there is only 1 centimeter between the bar and your chest. (Breath)
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.

Last thing you need to know...
Always stretch your chest after a chest workout
otherwise you'll feel pain in your chest muscle because they would cramps..
