Listen to your Heart - Workout routine

 Each one of us likes to give his max in the gym, we do it since we want to feel that we really did something today.We push ourselfs to the limits as fitness article have told us to do but does it really necessary ?
As I began to workout in the gym I was so excited and thrill from the idea that I'm about to become lean,muscular and strong so I gave myself completely to the gym.
I've worked out for hours ! I've pushed myself to the limits and finally what did I get ?
 Lean and muscular body ? No..not yet,first I felt enormous pain in my whole body because I
have done so many exrecises for each part of body until he collaped !
What I'm trying to say is that you don't  have to rip off yourself in order to see results and furthermore don't overtrain ! don't do things that eventually will cause so such a suffer and pain.
We all know the common say "No Pain No Gain" , well I have to tell you
something, this sentence is true when its kept in his boundaries. If you'll do bench press
 or any other excrecise without knowing your own limits you are about to suffer deeply.
 When I went to the gym I have lifted so many  weights.. because I didn't want everybody
 to think that I'm weak so something like that. And now as a grown
 man that have achieved impressive body and strength I must be honest with you.
 It's was one of my biggest mistakes , I have felt pain in my chest, I had arthritis and I could barely
 move arms (as you know the arms are connected through the shoulder to the chest)
 I could barely where my T-shirt not to mention my jeans.
 I have spend so many hours in a hot bath and still it took my a week until I could go back to my routine and practise.
While I have spend this time in home I have lost alot of my mass and my heart endurance at the bottom of the
 line I didn't achived anything from this crazy workout except a whole week that I was grounded to my home.
 So please take care of yourself and don't try to look like Hercules the first you went on a gym. Rememeber
to have a warm up for at least 5 mintues and streches and most important ! keep your body warm !
Never expose yourself to cold after a workout ! your muscles will shut you down the next day.
 Always stop when the pain is etching you, your body knows best !!
