Meet your beloved diet
Today I'm about to talk about diet , yep this program that limits us that tells
us what to eat and what not.
If you are looking for diet that will make you lose weight and achieve healthy
body than you are in the right place.
You should begin your day with a breakfast , never give up \ forget your breakfast
, it's on of the major factors that causes you to gain weight and fat. The reason is
that during the night that you slept you were in catabolic status , meaning your
body didn't get any food nor water throught 7 or even more hours.
When you have a breakfast you are putting an end to this catabolic statues ,
and everything you eat is use to recover you body's aresanal.
if you won't eat a breakfast you're body will "think" that you are in a difficult times
, and it try to gain as musch as it can , beacuse it belives that you don't have any
food , so it will prepare himself to this kind of situation.
Try to think about a bear that goes to his hibernation , it gains weight through the
whole half year so it won't be starving through it's hibernation , same goes with YOUR
body !
So always have breakfast (not a big one because it's unhealthy your stomach
is still not ready for beef and other hard to digest foods) I would recommend
cornflakes , yogurt , toasts , vegetables , glass of orange juice (try to avoid coffe
as much as you can .. it has negative effect on your body)
Well that's is your breakfast, let's move on to your lunch.
The lunch is very important meal because throught this meal and only throught it
, you get your energy for the whole day.
This meal has to contain carbohydrates and protein ! the carbohydrates give you
the energy you need ( carbohydrates are complex sugars that's why it gives energy)
when I'm saying carbohydrates I actually mean complex carbohydrates like bread
(not white but whole wheat), pasta , rice and potatoes.
You have to have these in your meal ! without these ingredients you won't have energy
to function properly and you'll feel dazy and sleepy and your reacts will be slow and clumsy.
And now for the protein issue .. it's highly important to know that too much protein will make
you sleepy ! that's because it takes alot of effort from our
stomach to digest it and when our stomach works our brain doesn't...
So what should you do ? well .. it's simple eat sea fruits,peanut-butter,chicken,tuna, etc...
but be careful with it. You don't want to snore infront of your boss.
Remember to drink water ! a lot of water ! it will help your blood pressure and you'll feel better.
** Important Tip ** : Always eat slowly ! Don't swall your food ! when you are chewing eat properly and eat slowly to save work and time from your stomach and the results are much better.
Some researches claim that is gives longevity
Now for the dinner
Dinner is highly important because this meal is going to be digest while you sleep and your body will have to handle without food for 8 hours just by using this meal that we call dinner.
The dinner HAS to contain complex carbohydrates and protein , it has to contains little fat (nuts,olive oil ,etc...).
Furthermore you have to be very careful with the liquids that you drink because if you'll drink too much your sleep won't be completer and consecutive, as you'll have to wake up and go to the toilets. But if you won't drink enough you might be dehydrated and processes in your body won't work as it should.
Remember to cobine salads and vegetables !! my recommended vegetables are : onion, lettuce, cabbage,tomato and garlic. Yeah I know onion and garlic are stinks but it's healthy !! and who smell you breath while you sleep ? (maybe your wife\husbond... so you might be right in some point..)
Still you got the point eat all food major group and don't miss even one meal ! I would recommend six meals over only three , it's more healthy and more efficient.
