I want to start with few important things:
First of all being fat is not necesscarly your fault and when I say that I mean
that you might born like that and you have it your genes so don't feel like
a loser or something like that.
Second is Western civilization , you have to understand that once people used their arms and legs in order to get things done and now it's gone.
Now I'll give you some of my advices that might help you lose fat.
First thing is to go the gym and this is the first thing I mentioned becausethe gym is one of the few places that you can find competition and furthermore to find some true friends that will push you to the limits !
I want to add that practicing in the gym doesn't necessarly mean that you can't go to
practice in the swimpoll or bicycles ride or any other activity.
Second is you nutrition, you can't imagine what impact food has on our body
and apperance. Eating burgers drinking coke,fanta,pepsei, and any other sugared
drinks is one of big factors of obesity.
I mentioned the sugared drinks because no one really takes them seriously. People always talking about burgers, bacon, pancakes ,cakes, chocaltes etc but you have to understand that these drinks are actually a big cause just as the things mentioned above are.
You don't even notice when you drink coke is so quick and you don't pay attention that you are actually drinking lots of sugars and fats.
My recommend nutrition diet is to eat mainly vegetables and sea fruits because
vegetables are vital to our good apperance and for take place in important proceeds in our body,
(Onion cleans our blood !) Sea fruits because the contain big amount of protein as you know our
body built from proteins and so are muscles.
The more muscles you'll have the more fats you'll burn (As you know muscle burns fats even during rest !) Another important thing is rest and I mainly talk about sleep.
During sleep our body execute many vital and importanct proceeds that determine
our body apperance(during sleep our skin get smoother that's why you can hear women talking
about "Beauty Sleep") And for the main cause that sleep is so important.
Researchs amoung various countries find clearly the people who sleep less are more tent to obesity and fat gain.
Last thing(for now) is alcohol. You've got to stop alcohol because it's high calories rank.
Alcohol consists wheat,yeast,and anoter few things but the main thing is that these things
have high rank of calories and when you drinking alocoholic drink you drink lots of fats.
So my advice to you : "Drink water" , and for max results workout at least 4 times a week
and spend at least one hour on 3 different cardiovascular exercises.
Sleep well and try to spend more time on walks rather than watching TV or working with the PC.
Try to use walk to places rather than drive to them (If possible) and more important go counsel
a Dr and dietitian the will direct you personally on each step.
Doing so will closely promise you losing weight fast !
