As you know many ways can lead you to those amazing six pack abs that everyone wants. There are some ways that work better than others, but unless you'll try them all you'll never know what's best for you. I'm about to describe the most important exercises and tips that gave me my outstanding abs.

I. Crunches- Lie down on the floor and cross your arms on your chest. Draw your stomach towards your back while at the same time breath through your nose. Raise your shoulders towards your knees, by flexing the abdominal muscles. The most important thing that you have to remember is to flex your abs while you raise your shoulders above the floor as much as you can. Next, lower your back slowly down until you can feel with your shoulders that you have touched the floor. Do the whole thing again at least 15 times. Crunches alone, if done properly, can shape you amazing 6 pack abs!

**Important remarks**
After any stomach's work out you flex your stomach's muscles (abs) after you flex them so hard you have to STRETCH them so the muscles won't get shorter.
If you won't stretch you stomach after the work out you'll feel deep aches in your stomach.
You can stretch yourself by standing straight than raise your hands as high as you can like you want to catch a ball that is falling from above.
Keep that strech at least for 15 secs.

II. Sit ups- Lie down on the floor with your feet touching the floor while you put your hands over the chest. Sit up and then raise your lower back above of the floor, then lower back down towards the floor. Do the whole thing again at least 15 times. You can do sit ups with in various ways for example you can use an aerobic excercise ball or a with bench.
After the whole becomes easy you can try to add some weight by holding with your arms weights on your chest. Make sure you start the exercise slowly and never make any sharp movements !
The more you'll practice the more your abs will get stronger so you'll have to put some more weights for more resistance or you can do more reps for shape of the abs . Many people can get amazing abs by doing just sit ups.

III. Leg lifts- Lie on the floor with your hands at both sides and stretching your legs completely out in front. Raise both legs straight up (don't bend them), until they are at 90 degrees. Lower your legs slowly and do again the whole thing.
If you're looking for fast and impressive results you have to keep your legs above the floor even with you lower your legs (Never touch the floor for MAX results)


**Breath properly**
When you are feeling great effort you have to exhale and when you don't make an effort you have to inhale.That's very important thing that can help you perform the excercise properly
