Have you every tried to get a muscular body? I'm not talking of bulking.. no... not at all I'm talking about getting muscular and lean I'm talking about a body that everybody would notice when you'll walk down the beach.

Do you want your arms to be more muscular ? to be stronger?
Well I'm about to describe to you how to get your body parts visible and good-looking.

Well lets start with the most important and most observed body part int my opinion .. the chest.
Who doesn't want a great chest ? a muscular chest ? chest that all the ladies will be impressed of ?

Now lets talk bussiness.
You have to understand that in order to fully develop your chest to it's maximum you have to allocate 2 years of your adult life !
The chest is on big piece of our body and it takes time to build it properly.
My advice to the average man that doesn't seem to dedicate his whole life to the gym is to start with the next workout:
First when you go to the gym stretch your chest, shoulders and deltoids.
Why bother do you ask yourself ? well the answer is quite simple..
When you stretch your chest your are actually increasing the blood amount that gets into your chest muscles.
Your muscle fibers are stretched and are more prepared to physical effort , not to mention that you stimulate your blood stream, meaning that your chest muscles getting more blood more oxygen and more energy !
More energy gives you the ability to have a really effective workout and therefore more results !

After we've finished with the stretches we can advance to the exercises.
In my opinion you should start with the dumbbells fly exercise because it stimulate almost every fiber muscle in your chest ! this exercise kills your chest if you perform it properly with the right weight.
**Have 5 sets of 12 repetitions**
12 repetitions gives your muscle both strength and endurance, the more reps you do the more visible it comes !
Remember muscles don't count for nobody if they count be seen !

The second exercise should be the famous bench press BUT and there is a big but you have to do it without the smith-machine !!
Why ? do you ask yourself once again ? Well when you work with the smith-machine you are neglecting the balancing muscles in your chest because the Smith balance you instead.
Always keep in mind the more muscles groups are participate in exercise the more your chest gets shape literally shape !
Doing 5-4 sets of 15 reps will do the work.

---Remember to rest at least one minute between each set !!--
----Rest is vital in order to achieve your goal----

The third exercise should be chest press.
Chest press gives you shape at the edge of your chest and this little thing makes the change !
It also develops your strength (Still you won't mind to be a bit stronger than all the others ..)
The Fourth exercise should be incline dumbbells fly.
Why it's so important to have the exact same exercise again? Well to honest .. it's not exactly the same exercise
it's the same movement same part of body BUT it's not the same angle !
More angles stimulate more muscle fibers and gives your a real gigantic hypertrophy
Hypertrophy is a medical phrase that defined as the increasing of muscle's or tissue's measures
