Whey , the only way
Have you ever tried to get stronger ? to get lean ?
I've tried to that so many times and I failed again and again.
I have practice so well and I have been eating right but.. something was missing...I felt exhausted as the months passed and I couldn't do any about it.
I though that I would eat more sugar I'll be okay but that didn't help me either.
Now I'm a young powerful man and I did it thanks to right workout and right diet with stricted diet.
But this alone didn't achieve my goals I started looking for something that would help me out when I'm tired,exhausted and bored in gym.
I have heard a lot on people taking whey protein shakers and to be honest.. I was very skiptical about it at first.
As the time passed I understood that I have to do something with myself otherwise I'll be stucked in the same place with no improvement.

I want to tell something from my own personal experience.
I've bought whey protein shake from my instructor and I've asked him how much should I consume and if it can damage my health.
He told me that I should take it after every workout and I have to pour 400 ml of water and shack it for one mintue.
I did as he told me .. first I didn't notice any change but after a week I've found myself little more muscular and little lighter.
I didn't understand how it happen because I didn't change anything in my workout routine so I have checked the nutritional value of the protein and I have found that it gives me 24g of pure protein in one scoop ! (32g) and it has only 1 g of sugar !
That's explain very well why I got little lighter and more muscular , that's because I was usual to eat after every workout in the gym and the I ate bread and beef so I would have enough protein but by eating these thing I have been eating a lot of fat..
When I have started to consume whey protein shake I didn't eat a whole meal after my workout I just took my protein shake and some fruits as apple or banana for faster absorption (though even without it, the protein absorped quickly something like 15 minutes)
The moment I have started to consume whey protein shake I have add some serious addition to my power and I enhance every muscle fiber in my body.
I have become lighter because the protein shake gives almost nothing but protein and almost zero fat ,so everything was much easier for me and I've stopped to fell so exhausted and tired.
It helped me to overcome my injuries because my muscles got enough protein for recovering.
Whey protein helped me to use wisely my time , as you know after power workout you have only one hour that your body will use any food that you bring in as muscle's build ingredient.
The faster you'll get the protein the better your muscle will look and perform under resistance.
More protein means more power and less injuries.
Last thing I want to mention is that whey protein has flavor and don't underestimate this issue !
If you'll take whey protein shake with flavor that you don't like you won't be able to consume much of it.
