Make the final polish
Today I'm about to highlight things for those of us that just want to show off a little.
I'm talking about those who have already work outed properly and lost weight.
In order to complete your work and make it visible I'll give you some excercises that were created just for this porpose.
1I. Elpitical Machine - This machine built mainly to improve your heart endurance but as well your lower body. I'm talking about our legs,hips and glutes.
These things are very important to our appearance and impression on others.
The Elptical is actually an appliance that makes our legs go back and forth and the desired rate.
By doing this our legs get shaped and even more important we lose weight in the waist.
You may think that the Elpitical is appointed to women only but that's not true !
the Elpitical gives shape to both genders ! even men can lose weight in their legs and improve their appearance.
2. Few Sets Lots of Reps- I hope that you all understand that when you lift some heavy weight about 8 times your muscle is going through Hypertrophy (Meaning you muscle will be bigger and stronger) but you don't want to get bulk up , you want to get shape , in order to so you have to do about 20 reps of some low weight ,doing so will give your muscle the shape you always wanted.
Remember that doing 20 might be too much for you so you can do 15 reps and that will give you some pretty good results. When you make your muscle work for long time period it gets the muscular shape and get rid of fat(when repeating some movements 15 times you muscle use the fat as ATP and makes from it energy so it'll be able to conitue the work out)
3. High Tempature lots of water - As you know in a good cardiovascular work out your heart rate gets very high and you heart pumps rapidly so by that your whole body's tempature gets higer.
You have to drink a lot in order to keep your body tempature at the average rate furthermore you have to drink a lot because it helps your blood stream system to remove and dispose the poisens in our blood and other unwanted matters as Co2 for example.
Remember ! It always good for you to look good ! Your appearance is the proof for the huge
effort you have put in , in order to get these results.

**Breath properly**
When you are feeling great effort you have to exhale and when you don't make an effort you have to inhale.That's very important thing that can help you perform the excercise properly
