The size and shape of the arm is based on 2 major muscles groups. Each equally important.
We are talking about the triceps and the biceps.
The biceps gives the famous guns we all dream about.
These are the muscles that we see in the movies, pumped ,shaped and huge.
For the part of size it's really impotant that we develop our triceps.

The triceps not only gives us a final touch to the appearance of the arms but also determine 2:3 of the arm's size !! that a lot !! you can't even imagine how the triceps effect the size of your arms.
In order to have really big arms that will attract women you have to workout properly, meaning .. no cheating in the gym and no cheating in your diet. One of the most importatnt things in order to get pumped arms is your metabolisem and your blood stream.
Good blood stream will stream a lof of blood,carrying oxygen , to your muscles, the more blood muscle gets the bigger it becomes and the more volume it takes
So how do I get better blood stream ??
Well it all depends on your workout , you have to do 15 reps in each set and rest only little time (about half a minute)
in order to get better blood stream.
When you are having an intense action that leaves very little time of rest , the body understands that you would be able to continue the action without getting more oxygen now ! in order to get more oxygen and more energy you have to have better blood stream because only through the blood stream the muscle gets what it needs.
It's very important to breath propely so you have injuries will having an intense exercise.
What else can we do ?
You can raise your heart rate pulse , you can do that by having a sprint or intervals
(Which are very difficult but give an amazing results in short time)
What exercise should we have in order to pump the biceps ?
Well usually the classic exercises do the work.
I'm talking about the biceps curls , preacher , incline biceps curls but you can add
more exercises by using your imagination.
The most important thing is that you'll always be creative you have to stimulate your nerve system , make it go crazy, doing this will give your amazing size and big arms.
One more tips is the have some heavy weight and we you are doing the exercise don't life the weight with one hand but with both hands but !! when you lower the dumbbell do it using ONLY one hand.
Doing so will make your negative movement much harder and much more efficient.
The negative movement is much more important than the direct (though you mustn't underestimate the direct movement )
Working out the Triceps
The triceps as I already explained is a higly important muscle group that determine your arm's size.
You can make your back hand (triceps) bigger and pump by having the next exercise.
Tricep Rope Extension- this exercise will isolate your muscle (make it much more visible and shaped) using the rope will give you a whole new range of movement meaning that you can stimulate your muscle easily and workout on almost every tiny piece of it.
Triceps Dips - This exercise is a witness to your strength ! it tests both you chest and your triceps !
This exercise gives an amazing shape to your triceps and performing this exercise properly means that you have so really good triceps.
Building muscle mass derived from tearing your muscle fibers in the arm , so if you want to get bigger arms of big pumped arms or just arm muscles you have to tear them up, so you brain would command to compensate this tearing with muscle tissue.
More tearing more arm muscles , but BEWARE of over tearing , if
you tear too much muscle fibers it would cause a severe injury and might even ruin your arm muscle ! Always workout under supervision
Remember ! The secret to have big arms is to workout wisely ! make 5 sets,each include different number of reps ! start with 12 reps and put some weight thatn make 10 reps and heavier weight and so on .. til you get to the last set with the heaviest weight you can lift after you have ripped yourself out.
