What Vitamins are ?
Vitamins are organic matter necessary for our living.
Vitamins are essential to the normal functioning or out body and cannot be manufactured or synthesized internally. (Except for few exceptions)

Vitamins are necessary for almost anything that occurs in our body from growth and vitality through happiness and appearance
They are found in minute quantities in natural food as fruits ,sea fruits, meat etc ,and we need to obtain only small amount of them.

Vitamins can be formed into liquid ,powder, capsule and even into injections.
There is no specific pattern for vitamins.
You have to understand that you can't keep living without consumption of all essential vitamins.
One more thing as for their forms I want to describe what things are NOT vitamins
Vitamins are not substitute of any nutrients and certainly not of food.
Vitamins alone are not our body structure.

Vitamins CANNOT replace food ! You can't expect to be healthy while you consume vitamins but not eating natural food.
There are various vitamins for example : Vitamins C that helps our immune system,Vitamin D that moderate the levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and helps to build strong skeleton,Vitamin B12 that assist to the funtion of our brain and nervous system and takes place in almost every cell's metabolisem , etc...

And now for the way it works:
Vitamins are components of our enzyme systems which energize and regulate our metabolism.
Keeping us tuned up and giving us the option to operate ultimately.
It's very important to understand that though vitamins consumption is vital it is also very dangerous while crossing
the red line of consumption , meaning that too high amount of any vitamin can cause severe damage your body systems.

And one last thing if you are looking for handsome appearance and and gorgeous skin my advice to is to consume at least 65 grams of protein a day ! plus drink at least 8 glasses of water ! you can drink tea instead by keep away the sugar ! and stay away from coke and chocolate.
